IRB consultant
Darrel is a former officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force where he was a flight navigator on CP-140s, working on Maritime Surveillance. Upon leaving the Air Force after 25 years of service, he worked with a number of companies, including Canadian Marconi and Lockheed Martin Canada. While at Canadian Marconi, he developed and delivered IRB proposals having a value of over $1 billion.
